中文摘要 | 本試驗之目的,在於了解茶樹在兩次夏茶時,以不同的採摘週期採收,對全年茶菁產量、品質、秋冬茶產期、產量之影響,俾能利用來控制秋茶之產期及穩定冬茶生產。試區設於楊梅,採摘間隔之限定,以茶芽之發育程度分類為四級,A級最嫩,依序為B、C、D每級生長速率在夏季相隔約為1~2日,其中C級為一般採收之標準。臺茶12號在夏季與六月白茶之產量A級明顯減少,B級的夏茶收量較高,尤以六月白更為明顯,但差異不顯著;採收時成熟度較高的D級之兩季夏茶產量僅略高於C級,但總產量則偏低。總產量嗽採者雖略高於正常採收及成熟度較高者,但差異不顯著;其中秋茶時B級與C級產量仍明顯較高,但冬茶時C級與D級無收成,而夏茶採行嫩採之二處理(A與B)每十株茶樹仍有700-800克之產量。秋茶產期A,B兩組分別較正常採收看提前13及7日,致冬茶可在10月下旬採收。青心烏龍夏茶嫩採有提高收量之效果,秋茶產量差異不大,但冬茶之產量A、B組分別可明顯增產94.6%及31.3%。秋冬產期A、B組分別較對照提前6、3天與4、4天。品質方面夏茶嫩採有提高品質之功效,無論品種,秋茶品質均隨採收期提前而降低,但冬茶則大致隨產量提高而提高。由此結果顯示,適度的縮短夏茶採摘週期有提高夏茶品質之功效,但會降低秋茶品質,所幸收益較佳之冬茶不但產量高且品質佳,是一項值得在手採茶區推廣應用之生產控制技術。 |
英文摘要 | In Taiwan, the quality and price of winter tea is about the same as spring tea and nigher than curer seasons. But the yield of winter tea are always low and dnstable because of weather are not suitaOle to tea growth. This experiment was tried to snorter the growth period of summer tea, which quality was the worst period during the year, and forcing the growth period or winter tea to the season which the weather was sui- table for tea growth, this would resulted in increasing and stable tine yield of winter tea. Bud maturity was used as the indicator of pluck, 4 degrees of maturity were used: A. 80% of young shoot, was in Dud stage, B. 80% of young shoot was just banhji, C. control, no-mat harvest stage which had 80% young shoot banhji and the length of first leaf were 1/3 to the second ,ear, D. most or the Ouds were banhji. There were 1-2 clays snorter the pluck period from D to A in summer. The results were as follows: In TTES No. 12, yield of summer tea in A treatment was significantly lower than other treatments, and B treatment was ngher than control our. not signif;canr, difference. The autumn tea yield of B and C treatments were signiricantly higher, and only A and B treatment had winter tea. This result in the total yield of treatment A and B were higher than other two treatments. In Chin-Hsin Oolong, shorten the pluck period in summer season would increase the yield of summer tea. The winter tea yield of C and D treatments were very low, treatment A and B had 94.6% and 31.1% higher than control plot (treatment C) respectively. In both of two cultivars, the quality of summer and winter tea would better, but inautumn tea would worse in shorten summer pluck period treatments than those in control. |
