中文摘要 | 選擇本省主要八地區土壤與環境,進行新品種台茶12、14、15、16與17號及對 照品系青心烏龍,適應性能力與製成包種茶品質比較試驗。結果顯示八地區土壤肥力普遍甚 豐,物理性質互異,不同地區茶菁產量差異極大,士壤管理合理及氣候適宜地區,茶菁產量 高,如鹿谷、礁溪與鹿野,而頭屋、龍潭與瑞穗地區土壤物理性較差及乾旱,茶菁產量偏低。 新品種茶菁產量較青心烏龍高,所製包種茶品質以台茶12號及青心烏龍較佳,優於台茶14、 15、16與17號。茶葉全氮含量六月白最低,若提高其葉氮含量將有助包種茶品質之提升。 茶葉磷含量則與包種茶品質呈顯著正相關,茶葉鈣與錳含量則不宜過高,否則影響包種茶品 質。新品種適應能力甚強,惟所製包種茶品質有賴各區茶農親身操作體驗,以重質不重量之 觀點,發揮各品種之特色。 |
英文摘要 | Comparative trials were conducted at eight main tea locations of Taiwan to evaluate the environmental adaptabilities and Pouchong tea qualities of 5 newly-extended tea varieties (TTES No.12, 14, 15, 16 and 17), with Chin-Hsin Oolong as a CHECK. The results revealed that soil fertility levels of the eight locations were fine in general. Tea yields apparently varied with the varieties, locations and seasons. Better yields were obtained from the locations with better soil management and climatic condition such as Luku, Chiaochi and Luyeh. The locations with poor soil physical properties and seasonal drought, such as Touwu, Lungtan and Jusisui, obviously resulted in less leafy-yields. All tested varieties had higher tea yields than that of check variety, Chin-Hsin Oolong. Of the tea qualities evaluated, TTES No. 12 and Chin-Hsin Oolong had better grades, as compared to the rest of varieties. Leaf N was the lowest in the 2nd summer crop, suggesting that increases in summer leaf N might be contributed to the improvement of tea quality. Leaf P concentration was positively correlated with Pouchong tea quality. However, more Ca and Mn contents in tea leaves may had an opposite effect on tea quality. All the 5 newly-extended varieties had pretty good environmental adaptabilities and respective characteristics of tea qualities. In fact, in order to obtain better Pouchong tea quality produced from the newly-released tea varieties the tea manufacturers have to learn by experience. |
