| 英文摘要 | The dislocation Dissociation near a bimetallic interface is analyzed. The equilibrium separation between two partials is widened for an extended dislocation close to a harder medium but shortened for it near a softer one. Therefore, an extended dislocation near a softer medium can form a perfect dislocation, while the dissociation reaction can take place as a perfect dislocation approaches a harder one. In addition, it is more difficult for screw dislocation to dissociate than for edge dislocation so that cross slip rather than climb is prevalent during plastic deformation. |
