中文摘要 | 本研究的目的是經由能量轉移探討臺灣海水(淺坪式)虱目魚養殖系統的運作情形。以水族缸內置底泥培養底藻,並且經由日照之觀測建立能量累計與底藻的統計關係。以密封式循環水槽測定不同大小虱目魚的耗氧率,並由結果推算魚體重量與新陳代謝速率之關係。綜合上述結果及有關參考資料,完成淺坪式虱目魚養殖之能量預表(energy budget)。所得結果有助於增進對本養殖系統之了解,並可經由理論分析尋找改 良之途徑。 |
英文摘要 | Primary production is considered the major factor controlling the successfulness of milkfish culture in the shallow water system. Experiments were conducted in aquariums to study the energy conversion between benthic algae and solar input within saline water. Empirical relationship between energy assimilation and heat content within algae was found equal to 0.5154 kiloeinstein to 1 kcal. Rates of oxygen consumption by fish of different sizes were estimated by a respiratory chamber. Results of data analysis gave solutions to the Winberg metabolism equation, with a metabolic rate of change equal to 0.83. combining the experimental results with other information allowed the preparation of an energy budget for the farming system. The result gave theoretical explaination for the requirement of supplemental feeding, and potential improvement for the shallow water system. |
