中文摘要 | 本試驗旨在探討飼糧中添加一種微生物製劑對肥育豬生長性能與除臭效果之影響。選用120頭雜交豬,平均體重55.9公斤,公母各半。並按性別與體重逢機分配至每一處理,每欄飼豬10頭,重複6次,每組飼養60頭豬隻。二個試驗處理組(1)餵飼玉米-大豆粕飼糧為對照組(2)添加0.15%微生物製劑組。 試驗結果顯示,豬隻飼餵對照組與微生物製劑組之平均隻日增重與飼料攝食量之差異不顯著(P>0.05),而飼料利用效率則添加微生物製劑者獲得改善(P<0.01)。但每增重一公斤所需飼料費,則兩者相同。飼餵微生物製劑組豬隻糞中硫化氫濃度與對照組相同,並未減低。而其糞中氨氣濃度則極顯著(P<0.01)增加。至於豬隻臟器之病理檢驗與病原分離,兩處理間無差異(P>0.05)。 本試驗結果證實在肥育豬飼糧中,添加一種微生物製劑,生長與每增重一公斤所需飼料費同對照組,但未能達到消除豬糞中之臭氣。 |
英文摘要 | The effect of a dietary microbial agent on the growth performance and waste odor reduction in finishing pigs was studied. A total of 120 crossbred pigs, averaging 55.9 kg each, was randomly assigned to two treatment groups with replications based on sex and weight. Ten pigs per pen and six pens per treatment, there were a total of 60 pigs in each group. The two treatments were: (1) a corn-soybean meal diet as control diet, and (2) a diet containing 0.15% microbial agent. The results showed that average daily gain and feed intake of pigs were not significantly different (P>0.05) between dietary treatments. The feed efficiency of pigs was significantly different (P<0.01) between dietary treatments, indicating that feed efficiency of pigs can be improved by a diet containing microbial agent. However, the feed cost per kg of gain was similar between dietary treatments. The concentration of fecal hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) of pigs were not significantly different (P>0.05) between dietary treatmetns. The concentration of fecal ammonia (NH₃) of pigs were significantly different (P<0.01) between dietary treatments, indicating that the values of fecal ammonia concentration can not be reduced by a dietary microbial agent. There were also no significant differences (P>0.05) between dietary treatments in pathological examination and pathogens isolated in pigs' organs. It is concluded that, though the addition of a microbial agent in the diet of finishing pigs can obtain satisfactory growth performance, waste odor can not be reduced. |
