中文摘要 | 本試驗旨在探討飼糧中添加不同除臭劑對免洗豬舍中肥育豬生長性能與除臭效果之影響。選用24頭約克夏品種肉豬,平均體重48.8kg,公母各半。並按性別與個體逢機分配至每一處理。豬隻每日餵飼二次,其飼糧為110w□g,分別以個飼群養方式飼養至體重達100kg時結束。試驗分四個處理組:(1)餵飼玉米-大豆粕之基本飼糧為對照組;(2)添加0.06%除臭劑A組;(3)添加0.08%除臭劑B組;及(4)添加0.15%除臭劑C組。 試驗結果顯示,豬隻之飼養天數、平均隻日攝食量及飼料利用效率各處理間之差異不顯著(P>0.05)。而豬隻隻日增重,則以飼糧中添加除臭劑A組顯著的(P<0.05)高於對照組,而添加除臭劑B和C兩組之隻日增重則與添加除臭劑A組或與對照組間差異不顯著(P>0.05)。豬隻之平均背脂厚度,各處理組間差異不顯著(P>0.05),但飼糧中添加不同除臭劑各處理組則有降低每增重一公斤所需飼料費之趨勢。至於豬舍地面上豬糞中氨氣濃度,以添加除臭劑A與C兩組顯著的(P<0.05)低於對照組,而添加除臭劑B組與其他各處理間無顯著的(P>0.05)差異。豬舍地面上豬糞中硫化氫濃度,亦以添加除臭劑A組顯著的(P<0.05)低於對照組,而添加除臭劑B和C兩組與對照組或添加除臭劑A組間差異不顯著(P>0.05)。 本試驗結果顯示,豬隻在整個肥育飼養期間,若完全不沖洗豬舍地面,飼糧中添加除臭劑A,不但可以促進豬隻生長,減少豬舍內臭氧濃度,同時節省豬隻增重之飼料費用。 |
英文摘要 | The effects of dietary deodorizers on the growth performance of finishing pigs and odor reduction in non-flushing piggeries were studied. Twenty-four Yorkshire pigs, averaging 48.8 kg each and fed individually, were randomly assigned to four treatment groups with replications based on sex and weight. The four treatments were: (1) a cornsoybean meal diet as control diet; (2) a diet containing 0.06% deodorizer A; (3) a diet containing 0.08% deodorizer B; and (4) a diet containing 0.15% deodorizer C. The pigs were fed 110 W□ g of experimental diet twice daily. The results showed that the feeding period, average daily feed intake, and the feed efficiency of pigs were not significantly different (P>0.05) among dietary treatments. The average daily gain of pigs in the diet containing deodorizer A was significantly higher (P<0.05) than the control diet, but differences were not significant between the diets containing deodorizers B and C with the diet containing deodorizer A or the control diet. The differences in mean backfat thickness of pigs was not significant (P>0.05) among dietary treatments, but the feed cost per kg of gain can be lowered by the diets containing deodorizers. The concentration of fecal ammonia (NH₃) of pigs in the diets containing deodorizers A and C was significantly lower (P<0.05) than for the control diet, but differences were not significant between the diet containing deodorizer B and the other diets. The concentration of fecal hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) of pigs in the diet containing deodorizer A was also significantly lower (P<0.05) than for the control diet, but differences were not significant between the diets containing deodorizers B and C with the diet containing deodorizer A or the control diet. Based on these results, on the condition of non-flushed piggery, the finishing pig diet containing deodorizer A can obtain satisfactory growth performance, odor reduction, and reduced feed cost of pigs. |
