| 中文摘要 | 本試驗旨在探究於熱季飼養肥育期豬隻,每隔2或3日沖洗豬床,並於飼料中添加各種除臭劑的飼養管理方式對豬隻生長性能與糞尿除臭效果之影響。本試驗採用平均體重53kg之約克夏品種肉豬30頭,分成5處理組。各組之處理如下:第1組供餵以含玉米-大豆粕之基本飼料(無添加除臭劑,對照組),第2組供餵以添加3.0%I劑之飼料,第3組供餵以添加0.05%II劑之飼料,第4組供餵以添加0.03%III劑之飼料,第5組供餵以添加0.1%IV劑之飼料。以上各試驗組所添加的除臭劑,其中I劑為含斜髮沸石粉(Clinoptilotite)的天然產物製劑,II劑為含屑王蘭萃取物(Yucca schidigera extract)的天然產製劑,III劑為微生物及酵素之混合製劑;IV劑則為微生物菌劑。各組豬隻的隻日飼料供餵量為110W□g,分別以個飼群養方式飼養至體重100kg時結束試驗。 由試驗之結果獲知;在熱季於肥育豬飼養期間每隔2或3日沖洗豬床,則除臭劑的添加對豬隻生長性能並無顯著改善效果,此應與添加量之多寡有關;惟其中添加含屑王蘭萃取物之II劑者,其豬隻之飼養日數,隻日增重及飼料換肉率仍較對照組為佳。另由測定豬隻體重達100kg時之背脂厚度亦顯示除臭劑的添加對豬隻背脂並無顯著影響。此外,在除臭效果方面,經測定豬床糞尿混合物中氨氣量,顯是以添加IV劑者的效果較佳,其1日未沖洗豬床時的氨氣發生量4.56ppm,與對照組之16.11ppm間皆有顯著之差異(P<0.05),且其效果可顯著持續至2日未沖洗者(7.78ppm vs 19.00ppm;P<0.05),惟在3日未沖洗時,已無顯著之除臭效果。至於床面臭氣中的硫化氫,由於其量低於ppm,無法在豬床大環境中測得;故另以採集之床面糞尿進行儲存試驗,結果顯示各種除臭劑對硫化氫皆無清除效果,添加III劑者甚至有顯著增加的現象(P<0.05)。 由以上之結果顯示,於熱季,若飼料中除臭劑添加量不足,則IV劑仍有顯著之清除氨氣效果趨勢,II劑雖已無除臭效果,但對豬隻生長性能卻仍有正面影響。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of adding deodorizers to diets on the deodorization of pig wastes and the performance of pigs oncondition of flushed piggery every two or three days in a hot season. Thirty Large White finishing pigs were randomly allotted into five dietary treatment groups. There were Group 1, pigs fed on a corn-soybean meal diet as control diet; Group2, pigs fed on a diet containing 3% deodorizer I; Group 3, pigs fed on a diet containing 0.005% deodorizer II; Group 4, pigs fed on a diet containing 0.03% deodorizer III; and Group 5, pigs fed a diet containing 0.1% deodorizer IV. Among of these deodorizers, deodorizer I was clinoptilotite product, deodorizer II was Yucca schidigera extract product, deodorizer III was mixtures of bacteria and enzymes, deodorizer IV was bacteria product. The experimental pigs were fed 110 W□ grams of feed twice daily from 53kg to 100kg of body weight. The results of the experiment were as follows: 1. Performance: The pigs fed deodorizer II diet (Group 3) had better growth performance than that of the control group, but there were no significant differences among all treatments. As for feed conversion ratio and backfat thickness, there were no significant differences. 2. Efficacy of various deodorizers The deodorizer IV treatment had better NH₃ deodorization efficacy than that of the control group at a significant level (7.78ppm vs 19.00ppm; P<0.05) on condition of flushed piggery every two days. There were no H₂S deodorization efficacy among all treatments. The deodorizer III treatment increased H₂S volatilization negatively (P<0.05). In a hot season, the finishing pigs fed deodorizer IV diet maintained better NH₃ deodorization efficacy on condition of insufficient deodorizer added to diet. |
