中文摘要 | 由於目前地方局所使用之用戶線路自動測試系統(ALTA)無法測出用戶為講話中或是聽筒未掛好,每遇此情況,必需藉由值機員來監聽,因此之故,本話中識別器之設計乃針對自動測試統之不足,期使112電話障礙自動查詢服務能達到完全自動化。 本話中識別器它是ARTIS系統之一介面,其功能是利用PCM CODEC的方式將類比信號轉換為數位信號,再與預先收集好的各種信號加以比較分析,來判斷被測用戶為何種狀態,再將結果回報給查詢用戶。 |
英文摘要 | Due to the deficiency of present testing equipments of ALTA employed in central office, the exact phase of a telephone being processed can’t be accurately determined. These include the inability of determining if a subscriber is in talking phase, and the undetermined state caused by misplacement of the receiver. Whenever the above situations occur, manual monitoring should be provided by operator. This article describes the main features of Line-Busy Identifier (LBI). The LBI is designed to eliminate those inconveniences as well as to achieve the total automation of service for telephone malfunction inquiry. The LBI is part of ARTIS system, which incorporates ADC function using PCM CODEC techniques. The digital form of the signals received will be processed by Comparing it with the pre-identified patterns to determine the exact phase of the subscriber. The result determined is reported back to the user. |
