中文摘要 | 為了要提昇障礙臺服務品質以及解決現有人力不足之現象,因此北區電信管理局乃函請本所,與本所合作共同開發「電話障自動查詢服務系統」。本系統乃應用語音合成技術,語音句型可隨時依需要而自行加以錄製組合,它可以完全自動處理以來話之電話障查詢服務,把ALTA測試之結果用語音告訴用戶,倘若用戶不滿意時,用戶可以用話機鍵盤鍵入特定之號碼,而將該路自動的轉給值機員,再由值機員去受理該用戶之查詢。 ARTIS系統一共可接16路中繼線(或者是用戶),4個值機員座席、8個ALTA埠4個TRIS埠等等。它是由80286 CPU電路、TKI電路、OOPTC 電路、COMI電路、CODEC電路以及一套PC 組合而成。80286CP電路以及其他介面電路都是由本單位自行設計的。本系統原型機於現場試用至今可說相當穩定,因此將來普遍裝設ARTIS之後,相信對於人力欠缺及服務品質之改善,定有莫大之裨益。 |
英文摘要 | Automatic Reply on Telephone Trouble Inquiry Service System (ARTIS) is used for both enhancing the service quality of Complain Operators in telephone system and solving the shortage of manpower. Which is developed by TL & NTTA. ARTIS utilize the voice synthesized technology. Any sentence could be combined by several phrase or words which are recorded in advance, that is able to handle all traffic from complaining trunks (113) for trouble requisition, and reports the test result to user by Voices automatically. If the complain reporting subscriber is dissatisfied with it, hi (or she) is able to key in dedicated number which will be transferred to operator. Operators will identify it and execute manual test procedures. This system can be connected to 16 trunks or lines. 4 operator positions, 8 ALTA ports and 4 TRIS ports etc. It is consisted of 80286 CPU CKT, TKI CKT, OPTC CKT, COMI CKT, CODEC CKT and Set of PC. The main feature of this system in the 80286 CPU CKT is designed by our group. The ARTIS’ prototype has been very reliable from trial till now, we believe that it will be more helpful for the manpower problem and the service quality upgrading, if it is popularly installed. |
