中文摘要 | 電話障礙自動查詢服務系統不僅彌補原障礙臺值機員人力不足的情形,更提供障礙臺電話障礙申告查詢作業自動化服務的需求。電話障礙自動查詢服務系統應用語音合成技術。 用戶只需輸入欲查詢的電話號碼,該系統就立即啟動資料庫或測試設備,自動進行欲查詢電話的障礙資料查詢;或直接測試,逕將測試結果以電腦語音形式告知用戶,完成電話障礙查詢作業自動化的作業程序。若用戶不滿意時,用戶可逕將話機鍵盤鍵入特定號碼,而自動將該路轉給值機員,再由值機員受理該用戶的查詢。電話障礙自動查詢服務系統網路的架構,共分為三部份。資訊自動轉送系統、控制臺;及數據機。藉著適切的程式規劃及電路設計,資訊自動轉送系統可發揮工作負載均分(LOAD SHARING)的功能。兩個主CPU板子中,只要有一個主 CPU板子正常工作,則整個資訊自動轉送系統就可以正常工作。還有助於增加資訊自動轉送系統的穩定度。每一套資訊自動轉送系統共計有120路RS232C通訊電路,且每一路 RS232C 通訊電路通訊速率高達9600bps。 資訊自動轉送系統中的通訊界面電路被設計成共有容錯能力,此乃輸出入處理器 (Input/Output Processor;IOP) 與兩個主 CPU 板子相連接之故。本文針對資訊自動轉送系統中的通訊界面電路作深入詳實的探討。內容有 :1.緒言,2.電話障礙自動查詢服務系統 (ARTIS) 網路的架構,3.硬體結構說明,4.結論。 |
英文摘要 | Automatic Reply on Telephone Inquiry Service Sysem (ARTIS) is used for both alleviating the problem of the shortage of manpower and enhancing the service quality of operators in telephone system. ARTIS uses the advanced voice-synthesis technology. The inquiry subscribers just dial the telephone number he (or she) wants to inquire, then the ARTIS will consult the data-base first or invoke the test equipment; e. g., ALTA (Automatic Line Test and Administration). The test result by ARTIS will inform the inquiry subscriber in a computerized voice form. To the satisfaction of inquiry customers, the special number will be available for operator assistance. The network architecture of the ARTIS contains three parts. They are Data Automatic Transfer System (DATS), console, and modem. DATS has load-sharing capability by proper system programming and circuit design. If one of the two host CPU boards works normally, the whole DATS will do well. This behavior improves the stability of the DATS. Each DATS consists of 120 RS232C communication channels. The maximum baud rate of each RS232C communication channel is 9600 bps. The communication interface circuit design in DATS has fault-tolerant capability by means of the realization from connecting input/output processor (IOP) to two host CPU boards. This paper focuses on the circuit design of communication interface circuit in Data Automatic Transfer System (DATS). This paper is organized as follows.
