中文摘要 | 為了配合電信現代化,提昇服務品質,電信研究所與北區電信管理局共同開發了「電話自動查詢服務系統」。ARTIS為此系統之簡稱。它可接16路中繼線;4個值機員座席;8個ALTA(用戶線自動測試管理系統)埠和4個TRIS(障礙報告資訊系統)埠等。ARTIS系統能受理用戶的電話障礙查詢,然後將測試結果以語音自動的回報。本所為了進一步提昇ARTIS之功能與可靠度,我們設計一套「值機員服務集縮分配系統」(OCADS)它能將來話作適當的集縮與分配,能作256路類病或數位語音訊息之交換,能作話務統計及製作話務報表,提供10路的RS-232與其他系統連線(諸如:ARTIS、ALTA、TRIS、DATS等)。另外,透過系統監控臺(System Console),我們可以很方便的下命令控制OCADS的處理流程及隨時掌握系統的工作狀態。 |
英文摘要 | Automatic Reply on Telephone Trouble Inquiry System (ARTIS) has been developed by TL and NTTA to cope with the modernization of telecommunication and to improve service quality. ARTIS can be connected to 16 trunks, 4 operator seats, 8 ALTA (Automatic Line Testing & Administration System) ports and 4 TRIS (Trouble Report Information System) ports. ARTIS is able to handle all traffics from CPT (customer complaint) trunk for trouble requisition and automatically repots the test result to users by voice. In order to enhance the function and reliability of ARTIS, OCADS (operator services concentration and distribution system) was designed to provide ARTIS with the ability of automatic concentration and distribution of incoming call. OCADS can handle 256 digital or analog channels, can do traffic statistic and traffic reports. The setting of trunk interface is very flexible. OCADS is also equiped with 10 channels of RS-232 ports for communication with other systems (such as TRIS, DATS, ARTIS, ALTA, etc). additionally, via system console, we can easily control the procedure of OCADS and monitor the system status. |
