英文摘要 | The development purpose of "Integrated Telephone Trouble Complaint Service" (ARTIS), which is currently used in Telephone Trouble Complaint service center of CHT. The operation of ITCS will be able too improve efficiently the quality of customer telephone trouble complaint service and the maintenance performance of field engineers. The ITCS also provides flexible configuration to meet the new functions requested in the future. This paper describes the system configuration and main functions of ITCS. The introduction of the ARTIS configuration and the reason that we develop the ITCS system are also stated briefly in this article. Finally, we give our viewpoints about the operation environment of the telephone trouble complaint service in the future. |
