中文摘要 | 整合式測量臺作業管理系統其研發是配合115測量臺現場作業之需要,研發準則包含「整合各類電信服務網路之測試設備」、「系統設計模組化」、「直機席彈性移動」及「系統模組建置於企業網路」。主要目的除提昇現有測量臺作業系統功能以因應新增電信服務網路之測試外,模組化系統可提高擴充性、高適應性、高可靠性、高可維護性及高轉換性的系統設計,簡化系統維運作業,值機席彈性移動可因應現場集中或分散作業彈性調整人力,系統模組建置於企業網路可提供彈性系統配置,維運單位可依作業需求來架構集中、部份集中或分散之測量臺作業系統,系統毋須配合架構變更而重新配線。 本文就有關整合式測量臺作業管理系統之功能、硬體及軟體之結構設計,依序提出說明,本系統研發完成將大大改善現有測量臺作業之工作效率,進而提升測量臺作業能達到測試一元化、電腦化與自動化之目標,節省維護人力,提昇服務品質。 |
英文摘要 | The Development of Integrated Testing & Adiministrating System (ITAS) is to fulfill the service & operation requirement of 115 operation. The criterion development of includes integrating all category of testing equipments of telecommunication service network, modularization of system design, flexible console movement, and implementation of system module on CHTNet. The main objective is to provide a modularized system with flexibly movable console and to implement system module on corporate network in addition to promote system functionality in adaptive to new telecommunication servicework tests. Modularized system provide high extensibility, adaptability, reliability, maintainability, and transformability which will simplify maintenance operation. Flexibly movable console allow mobilly adjust manpower according to on field operation, centralized or distributed. Implementation of system module on CHTNet will provide flexible system allocation. Maintenance & Operation division may build up a centralized, partially centralized or distributed Measurement Platform Operation System according to operation requirement. System had no need of a realignment for any change. This paper describe the functionality, hardware and software design of Integrated Measurement Platform Operation Management System in sequence. The accomplished system will significantly improve the operation efficiency of the nowly used platform and achieve the objective of unification, computerization, and automation. It will also save the maintenance manpower and promote the service quality. |
