英文摘要 | Marketing Telephone Inquiry System (MTIS) is a computer automatic marketing system that can perform marketing through telephone line. With pre- recorded voice and text that have saved in the computer, MTIS can automatically send certain messages to our potential customers. By their pushing telephone buttons, MTIS receives customers response instantly and saves in the database for further analysis. While traditional advertisement like press media and electronics broadcast, can only perform one way marketing, there is no way to get the customers response in time. |
