中文摘要 | 硫化鋅螢光粉通常都採用沉澱法製得目的物質後,再將其加熱到約550 ℃以上,即可得之。一般加熱溫度低於550℃時,則無所謂的發光效果。此種僅 靠沉澱法所製成之硫化鋅,其結晶不完全,且存在很多格子不整等問題,而此種 結晶不完整,大部分以非輻射的再結合中心為主,會妨害發光效果。因此為除去 非輻射的再結合中心,將硫化鋅給予加熱處理使其結晶化之步驟是必要的。 本研究係將製得之硫化鋅沉澱,分別在不同的氮氣、硫黃及氯化氫等氣體環境下 加熱,藉以探討燒成溫度(200℃~700℃範圍內)與硫化鋅之格子不完整的相互關 係。換言之,將硫化鋅加熱,在350℃、450℃和550℃之溫度上會有三個尖峰出 現。依此,亦對於這些溫度上出現尖峰之原因加以考察,並就格子不完整之觀點 而言,對螢光粉之燒成溫度必須維持在550℃以上之原因加以論說。 |
英文摘要 | Zinc sulfide (ZnS) phosphor generally must be prepared by firing the precipitated ZnS above 550℃. No luminescence could be obtained if firing temperature is below 550℃. This may be due to the latticedistortion of crystallite of ZnS. The lattice distortion contributes to non-radiative recombination centerwhich consequently gives a harmful effect to luminescence. A study has been performed to establish the relation between the firing temperature (in the rangeof about 200 to 700℃) and the concentration of lattice distortion of ZnS, as fired in the atmosphere ofnitrogen, sulphur and hydrogen chloride. ZnS phospher containing a large amount of lattice distortionwas found, as fired within 200 to 600℃, where it had three peaks in 350℃, 450℃ and 550℃.The reason for generating the lattice distortion at these temperatures was proposed. Thus an explanationis offered as to the reason why the firing temperature to prepare ZnS phosphor must be above 550 ℃in order to decrease the lattice distortion. |
