| 中文摘要 | 本研究之目的,在於了解高含水率木材之膠合強度耐久性,以聚脲酯(PoIyurethane resin)、環氧樹脂(Epoxy resin)、水性乙烯脲酯(Aqueous vinyl urethane resin)、α-烯族烴樹脂(α-Olefine resin)、間苯二酚樹脂(Resorcinol resin)等5種膠合劑,膠合時木材之含水率10、25、45%,進行耐久性試驗。試驗方法包括乾濕反覆試驗、熱水浸漬試驗,煮沸反覆試驗等3種。試驗結果如下:1. 環氧樹脂與間苯二酚樹脂膠合劑,比另外3種膠合劑具有較高之耐久性,且其膠合耐久性不受膠合時含水率之增加而有降低之影響。2. 聚脲酯膠合劑在乾濕反覆試驗中,具有良好之耐久性能,幾乎不受膠合時含水率增加之影響。但在熱水浸漬試驗與煮沸反覆試驗中,其膠合膠久性隨膠合時含水率之增加而降低。3. 水性乙烯脲酯與α-烯族烴樹脂膠合劑之膠合耐久性,受膠合時含水率增加而降低之影響,非常顯著。同時在煮沸反覆試驗中,膠合時含水率45%、架橋劑添加量增加時,兩樹脂之膠合耐久性,亦無顯著獲得改善。 |
| 英文摘要 | In this paper we take polyurethane (PU), epoxy (E), aqueous vinyl urethane (VU), α-olefine (α-O) and resorcinol (R) resin adhesives to perform bonding strength durability tests with MC 10, 25, 45%. Durability tests consist of wetting-redrying cycle (repeated cycles of alternate soaking in water at 60℃ for 1 day and dry at 60℃ for 3 days), hot water resistance (continuous soaking in water at 80℃ for 72 hr) and boiling water resistance (soaking in boiling water for 4hr and redrying at 60℃ for 20 hr, and then soaking in boiling water for 4 hr). Results obtained are as follows: (1) Joints bonded with the E or R resin adhesive have a higher durabiIity than that with the others, and the wood moisture content prior to gluing has no adverse effect on the bond strength. (2) Joints bonded with the PU resin adhesive withstand the wetting-redrying cycle test, and the moisture content prior to gluing has no significant effect on the durability. But the hot water and the boiling water resistance decrease as, the wood moisture content prior to gluing increases. (3) Using the VU or α-O resin adhesive, the wood moisture content prior to gluing strongly affects the durability of joint strength, and the boiling water resistance of these adhesives cannot be improved by increasing the amount of hardener with MC 45% at gluing. |
