中文摘要 | 一些未常見被廣泛加工使用之闊葉樹材,被選用作接合強度測試,由接合引拔測定結果顯示,其強度因樹種、膠合劑、接合設計、與相對濕度調節處理等之選擇,而有不同且顯著影響,尿素膠合劑榫接,用於選用闊葉樹材之間,其接合強度結果較高,惟其接合後,受脫濕調節處理之不利效應較大。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, wood joint prepared from some hardwoods, not commonly used for wood processing, was tested and it was found that the withdrawal test on the single dowel joint was suitable for the test factors control. The test results indicated that various obvious effects were shown among wood species, adhesives, joint designs, and the chosen relative humidity treatment conditions. In general, urea formaldehyde resin showed higher joint strength than that of polyvinyl acetate emulsion resin, but the former showed a more detrimental effect than the latter when subjected to the desorption cycle of the conditioning treatment. The end-to-end joints were superior to end-to-side joints, as observed for the 2 types of glue and the wood species tested. |
