中文摘要 | 本研究係使用立安302及亞中AF21兩種耐燃藥劑噴塗於放射松及紅柳枝單板表面後 再以 PF 膠合劑壓製成三層 5.5mm 厚之防焰合板。各種防焰合板經促進劣化處理 (77 ℃, 50 % RH 條件 ) 後, 再進行抗彎、膠合強度及防焰性能試驗,得到次述結果:1. 防焰合 板之靜曲性質及膠合強度均較未處理合板為低。 2. 經促進劣化處理後,其靜曲強度及膠合 強度均會隨促進劣化處理時間增加而減低,其關係可以直線回歸式表示。其減低程度是以立 安 302 處理防焰合板較中 AF21 處理防焰合板為嚴重。3. 促進劣化處理 80 天後,防焰合 板之防焰性能均會受影響。 亞中 AF21 處理之防焰合板均會通過 CNS8736 防焰性能評定。 而經 20 天及 30 天促進劣化處理之立安 302 處理防焰合板則未能通過 CNS8736 防焰性能 之評定。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study is to investigate the change of bending strength bonding shear strength and surface flame-retardant performance of the flame-retardant(FR) treated plywood after receiving accelerated degradation treat-ment under high temperature(77C)and medium humidity(50%RH) condition PF-bonded Red meranti (shorea spp.) and radiata pine (Pinus radiata) plywood.FR chemicalsof AF 21 and Lee-An302 wereusedin this study.The experimental resultsare summarized as follows: 1. The bending strength and bonding shear strength of FR-treatedplywoods were lower than those of non-FR-treated plywoods. 2. The bending strength and bonding shear strengthof non-FR-treatedand FR-treated plywoods decreased linearly with the increasing duration of accelera teddegradation treatment.Their relations could be representedby linear regression formulas.The reduction ratio (%) of bending strength and bonding shear strength for Lee-An 302 treated plywoods were greater than those of A-Chong AF21 treated plywoods. 3. After 80 days of accelerated degradation treatment, the FR performance of FR treatedplywoodswas influenced. The FR treated plywoods could meet the requirements of the FR performanceas specifiedby CNS 8736 standard except those treated with Lee-An302 FR when they were accelerated degradation treated for 20 days and 30 days. |
