中文摘要 | 本研究係利用散反射傅立葉紅外線光譜(DRIFT)直接分析臺灣產10種針葉樹與12種闊葉樹實木試材,比較不同樹材圖譜之差異,並探討圖譜與各樹種木材化學特性間之相關性。研究結果顯示,利用DRIFT直接分析實木試材,可在不破壞木材的前提下直接進行分析,並獲得具代表性與再現性的散反射紅外線圖譜。經由各樹種DRIFT圖譜中木質素及部份碳水化合物(1600 cm�笐薄A1510 cm�笐薄A1334 cm�笐薄A1274 cm�笐薄A1246 cm�笐薄A1232 cm�笐薄A836 cm�笐覬P810 cm�笐薄^、羰基(1740 cm�笐覬P1660 cm�笐薄^等特性吸收峰位置、吸收強度及相對強度比值之解析比較,可明顯區分出針、闊葉樹材間之差異。此外,研究結果亦發現,某些樹種具有較特殊之特性吸收,或許可供為未來化學分類的鑑別特徵之一。 |
英文摘要 | Diffuse Reflectance Infrared Transform (DRIFT) spectroscopic spectra of solid wood slices of 10 softwood species and 12 hardwood species grown in Taiwan were examined and their spectroscopic differences were compared. Relationship between the spectroscopic spectra and the chemical structures of woods was also investigated. Results indicated that DRIFT was a useful, convenient and non-destructive method to obtain a reproducible good quality spectrum of solid wood specimen. Characteristic absorption peak positions of lignin and carbohydrates (ca. 1600 cm�笐�, 1510 cm�笐�, 1334 cm�笐�, 1274 cm�笐�, 1246 cm�笐�, 836 cm�笐�, and 810 cm�笐�) and those of carbonyl groups (ca. 1740 cm�笐� and 1660 cm�笐�) were identified and their intensity ratios were also quantified. Spectral differences were demonstrated to serve as useful monitors for distinctly discriminating between softwood and hardwood. There is a potential, moreover, to use the characteristics of DRIFT spectrum as one of the 1key indicators for chemotaxonomy of wood. |
