中文摘要 | 本研究旨在利用AE技術評價木材膠合層之劣化程度,首先進行本實驗 藉以瞭解膠合強度試驗時之AE發生。將間苯二酚樹脂膠合之4樹種未處理試片 與煮沸反覆處理試片進行膠合強度試驗並同時測定其AE之發生。由試驗結果得 知AE事件總數受樹種與煮沸反覆處理之影響。不過無論那一試驗條件下,AE 事件總數均隨荷重之增大而顯著增加。AE振幅分佈受樹種與煮沸反覆處理之影 響較不明顯,振幅較大之AE隨相對荷重之增加而增多。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to estimate the bonding strength for wood after acclerated aging test by an acoustic emission (AE) technique. First, we carried out this experiment to know AE generations during bond testing. Resorcinol-formaldehyde resin were used in bonding of air dried woods of red meranti (Shorea sp.), Taiwan hinoki (Chamaecyparis taiwanensis Matsum. et Suzuki), Japanese beech (Fagus crenata Blume) and red oak (Quercus ruba Linn.). AEs were monitored when untreated specimens and boiling-water-resistance (100℃, 4h wet →60℃, 20h dry → 100℃, 4h wet) treated specimens were tested in shear by tension loading. The cumulative AE events during the bonding strength tests were affected by wood species and boiling-water-resistant treatment, whereas AE events generated from any specimen increased obviously with increases in load. The distribution of AE peak amplitudes were not evidently affected by wood species and treatment. The larger peak amplitudes AEs increased strikingly when the relative load was increased. |
