中文摘要 | 本研究係利用家具廠常用之進口紅樸木、橡膠木及臺灣產鐵杉、光臘樹等四樹 種為構件材料,就橢圓榫接合的T型試材,分別探究構件樹種、膠合劑種類及膠合塗佈方 式等接合彎炬破壞性質與發生音射(AE)現象之關係,其主要結果如下: 1.接合彎炬破壞之AE總發生次數,因高密度木材之接合構件,使用較具可撓性之膠合 劑(如PVAc乳膠),以及膠合操作之不確實而減少。 2.接合彎矩破壞的AE發生次數,多集中於比例限度應力以上的範圍,且隨破壞應力或 破壞應變的降低而漸趨急劇變化的趨勢。 3.接合構件之AE振幅分佈及AE發生佔有率隨振幅增大而有減少之趨勢,但受到不同構 件樹種、膠合劑種類及膠合塗佈方式等因素所影響。 |
英文摘要 | An acoustic emission(AE) technique was emloyed to investigate the feasibility of quality evolution of round-end mortise and tenon joints in T- shaped structure through measuring bending moment properties in this study. The kilndried wood of red oak (Quercus falcata),rubber wood (Hovea brasiliensis), formosan ash (Fraxinus formosana) and chinese hemlock (Tsuga chinesis) were used as construction members. In bending moment test,parameters include types of adhesives and their spreading methods, and the rigidity was also measured. The results were obtained as follows: 1. The total AE counts during the bending moment test decreased in the density of members increases, or the flexible adhesives such as PVAC emulsion applyied, or due to the poor joints for improper glue spreads. 2.The most of AE counts were concentrated at the range beyond proportional limit during the bending moment test, and lead to the abrupt changes trend at lower level of in the break stress or strain. 3.The distribution of AE peak amplitudes showed the same trend for the joints with variou3 gluing approaches, i.e., the percentage of AE counts decreased with an increase in the peak amplitudes. It still affected by the species of wood members, adhesive types, and glue spreading methods. |
