中文摘要 | 本研究之目的為探討省產造林木生材指接之接合性能。試驗中採用環氧樹脂與聚尿酯膠合劑進行台灣杉造林木生材指接,於乾材狀態與濕材狀態下以引張荷重方式測定接合強度與AE之發生。試驗結果如下: 1.乾材狀態之接合強度約為濕材狀態之1.7倍,無論是乾材狀態或濕材狀態下,兩膠合劑之指接接合強度無明顯差異。 2.乾材狀態下所發生之AE hit總數較濕材狀態者為多。 3.AE hit總數與接合強度呈良好之直線關係。 4.在達破壞之際,乾材狀態下發生較大振幅之相對AE hit總數較濕材狀態者為高。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigated the gluing characteristics of green wood from plantation forest. The experiment used epoxy and polyurethane adhesives for finger jointing wood of planted Taiwan fir (Taiwania cryptomerioides). The finger joint-glued specimens were tested under tension and both tensile strength and acoustic emission hits were determined. The main results are as follows: 1. The tensile strength of finger joints was 1.7 times stronger for wood specimen tested in dry than in wet conditions. No significant differences in jointing strength values were observed between the two adhesives used. 2. There were more total counts of AE hits for dry than for wet wood conditions. 3. In general, good linear correlations were seen between cumulative AE hits and jointing strength. 4. Immediately preceeding tension failure, higher counts of relative AE hits with large amplitude were found for wood specimens tested in dry than in wet conditions. |
