| 中文摘要 | 本計畫以家具製造上最常用的尿素樹脂及聚醋酸乙烯樹脂作不同比例混合,以橡木、拉敏等家具用材作成膠合材,分別測定靜膠合力、衝擊膠合力及衝擊吸收能量,並分析其相關性。本試驗利用Amsler型衝擊抗彎試驗機之擺錘進行試驗,測定擺錘之衝擊加速度,藉以計算衝擊破壞係數,同時並由試驗機之刻度表讀取衝擊吸收能量。試驗結果顯示橡木與拉敏之衝擊膠合力分別較靜膠合力大41%及21%。因衝擊試驗之破壞時間僅萬分之數秒,而一般靜力試驗之破壞時間長達數分鐘,兩者相差10^6倍。一般材料之破壞應力隨荷重速度之增加而增大,膠合力亦有同樣趨勢。在各種不同配合比的膠料中以UF:PVAC=80:20所製得之膠合材的衝擊膠合力最大,唯在衝擊膠合力、靜膠合力及樹種間並無明顯關係存在,目前尚難推斷最適配合比。或可由嗣後的耐久性試驗顯現彼此之優劣性。 |
| 英文摘要 | Glue joint is very important in the furniture construction. Furniture is often subject to impact loads in its service period. Because repeated loading is often applied in the strength test of furniture and impact load is encountered in the test, obviously shock resistibility is required for the glue used. In this experiment urea resin and polyvinyl acetate resin in different ratio of mixture were used to glue solid wood of Oak and Ramin. Impact and static adhesive strength and al so impact absorbed energy were measured. Impact shear test was carried out on Amsler impact test machine and then impact acceleration and absorbed energy were measured. A formula was derived to calculate the impact shear load from the acceleration measured. The result showed that impact shear loads for Oak and Ramin were on the average 1.21 and 1.41 static load, times as much as static shear load. The duration of load for impact test was on the order of 10^(-4) sec, but for it was on the order of 10^2 sec. Generally speaking, the failure stress increases with the increase of loading speed and similiar results were obtained for gluing strength of wood. |
