中文摘要 | 由於教學環境受到各利益關係人的要求,國小教師所面臨的教學環境不再如以往的單純不變,在有限的時間裡,為應付來自多方的要求,國小教師必須要有效展現工作績效。本研究從認同角度切入,探討組織認同、角色認同與工作投入以及工作績效的關係。並且探討工作投入對組織認同、角色認同與工作績效之間關係的中介效果。研究方法為問卷調查法,於2017年12月下旬進行問卷發放,並依學校規模採分層抽樣方法,回收有效問卷389份,所得資料進行分析後主要研究結果如下:一、國小教師的角色認同、組織認同與工作投入對工作績效有顯著影響、二、國小教師的角色認同、組織認同對工作投入有顯著影響、三、國小教師的工作投入對組織認同與工作績效的關係有部分中介效果;而工作投入對角色認同與工作績效的關係也有部分中介效果。根據上述的研究結果,本研究將提出相關的建議。 |
英文摘要 | Because of the influences of different stakeholders, elementary school teachers need to achieve variety of job performance. Based on identification perspective, this study investigated the mediating effect of job involvement on the relationship among organizational identification, role identification and job performance. Conducting the survey research from December 2017, stratified sampling was used base on elementary school size in Tainan City. 389 valid questionnaires were collected. The data analysis results were revealed:1. Role identification and organizational identification had the influence on job performance; 2. Role identification and organizational identification had the influence on job involvement; 3. Job involvement had partial moderating effects on the relationship between role identification/ organizational identification and job performance. According to the previous results, some managerial suggestions were proposed. |
