中文摘要 | 高爐渣與熱鐵水的物化性與流動性均需控制在適當範圍內,並使用一定強度焦炭來維持高爐正常運行。前置研究與文獻均發現爐渣中Al_2O_3成分於15~17 wt%有著較低的液化溫度,意味此區應有較順暢的爐操空間。然而,一般高爐操作卻是無法穩定控制較高Al_2O_3爐渣的使用,至高仍維持於15%附近,因此,本研究欲透過高爐渣滲入焦炭內之顯微形態觀察進一步深入探討;另外,有時高爐出鐵不順會發現溢流焦炭,本研究亦利用溢流焦炭之顯微形態觀察,進行焦炭內含物的分析,並輔以相關文獻來解釋成因。結果發現,滲入焦炭內部的爐渣化性,其Al_2O_3與B_2均比留滯於焦炭表面的爐渣來的高,並提出控制爐渣是否於焦炭上形成顆粒狀,進而有機會堵焦炭層孔道的主要渣性因子為CaO/SiO_2(C/S=B_2),而非Al_2O_3,當B_2<1.3且Al_2O_3≦20 wt%之爐渣接觸焦炭層時,可能發生滲渣現象,使焦炭層變重。而高爐現場所發現溢流焦炭內的亮點為生鐵,其可能發生的原因為座落於鐵水內的爐蕊,其中某部分焦炭長期未被置換(或反應),使得鐵水有較大機會與時間滲入焦炭內。 |
英文摘要 | The physicochemical properties and flowability of blast furnace slag and hot metal should be controlled within the appropriate range with a certain strength of coke to maintain the normal operation of the blast furnace. The previous research and literature found that the Al_2O_3 content (at 15-17 wt%) of the slag has a lower liquidus temperature, which means that there should be a relatively smooth running for blast furnace operation in this range. However, the normal blast furnace operation failed to control the use of higher Al_2O_3 slag and the highest level still remained at around 15%. Therefore, this study aims to further investigate via the morphological observation on the infiltrating phenomena of molten slag into coke. In addition, the overflow coke was sometimes found during the course of an unstable tapping, thus this study also analyzed the overflow coke content with the method of morphological observation on the cross-side of the coke, and using relevant literature to explain the causes. The results showed that there was a higher Al_2O_3 and B_2 content of slag chemical properties for infiltrating into the coke than the slag retained on the surface of the coke. This study proposed to control whether the slag forms the granules on the coke to further increase the chance to block the hole between the cokes, and the main factor of slag chemical property is CaO/SiO_2 (C/S=B_2), rather than Al_2O_3. The slag infiltrating phenomena into coke might occurred to be heavier the coke when the molten slag contact with the coke layer at the conditions ranges in B_2 <1.3 and Al_2O_3 ≤ 20wt%. And the bright spot within the overflow coke found in the course of an unstable tapping was confirmed as pig iron, and the possible reason was some of the dead-man (coke) located in the hot metal inside the hearth had not been replaced (or reacted) for a long time. |
