中文摘要 | 焦炭粒度的穩定性對焦炭在輸過程及高爐內的粉化現象為一項 重要的指標。穩定度高則加入高爐焦炭具有耐碎性及耐磨性,對高爐 高噴煤操作有輔助的作用。本文利用Micum tumbler進行焦 炭粒度穩定度之探討,比較對象為三號高爐用焦炭、二號高爐用焦炭 及未經整粒之焦炭。經多次於中鋼不同煉焦爐取回其產出焦炭樣品加 以分析。結果為三號高爐用焦炭之穩定度最高,而以未經整粒流程之 焦炭最低。 |
英文摘要 | Stability of coke size is a prominent index for evaluating the degradation of coke during transportation and inside blast furnace. The coke with high stability, showing higher broken-resistance and abrasion resistance, are good for high PC injection operation. A method for evaluating the stability of coke by using the Micum tumbler was developed in this study. Three different group of sample that produced at phase Ⅱ and Ⅲ coke oven were compared with the stability indices. The result shows that the cokes produced at phase Ⅲhave the highest index while the cokes from the by-pass process at phase Ⅱhave the lowest one. |
