| 中文摘要 | 由於二氧化碳排放減量的壓力日增,能源節約議題再度受到重視,而廢熱回收是眾多節約能源手段的重要方法之一。本文統計中鋼廢熱數量與分佈、分析回收利用概況,並篩選排放廢熱佔總廢熱量90%的九大廢熱源,作為推動廢熱回收計畫的主要對象。調查統計結果顯示,中鋼目前總廢熱回收率為18.4%仍具進一步改善提昇空間。初步篩選七項較可行的廢熱回收計畫,若能全部實施可將廢熱回收率提高至29.2%,達到日本鋼廠平均水準,並進一步有效提高廢熱回收績效。 |
| 英文摘要 | Owing to pressure from carbon dioxide exhaust limit problem, energy conservation is emphasized again. Waste heat recovery is one of important methods in energy conservation. This article analyzes the waste heat structure and heat recovery status of China Steel Corproation, as a reference for further waste heat recovery project planning. There are nine main waste heat sources which constitute 90% of all waste heat amount. So, they are obviously main objects for heat recovery project planning. According, to the result of investiaation and analysis, total heat recovery ratio is 18.4% at present. If seven selected heat recovery projects are carried out in future, total heat recovery ratio will increase to 29.2%, which is colse to average level of Japanese steel works. |
