中文摘要 | 本試驗之目的乃以粗糠為飼糧主要的纖維來源,探討用粗糠調整飼糧粗纖維含量對白羅曼生長鵝血清電解質、脂質與蛋白質濃度之影響。本研究分二個試驗進行,試驗一以2週齡體重相近的雌白羅曼鵝,分成三個處理組,每處理組4隻,4重複,分別餵飼含粗纖維4、8及12%之同代謝能及等蛋白質的飼糧。試驗二以2週齡體重相近的雌白羅曼鵝,分成三個處理組,每處理組4隻,5重複,分別餵飼基礎飼糧(0%粗糠)、基礎飼糧分別添加4%與8%之粗糠。試驗期為4週,飼料與水採任食。試驗結束時,鵝隻經採血分析血漿電解質、脂質與蛋白質濃度。結果顯示,試驗一6週齡生長鵝血漿三酸甘油酯、葡萄糖、總蛋白質、白蛋白與球蛋白之濃度及白蛋白與球蛋白之比值在處理組之間無顯著差異,但血漿總膽固醇與高密度膽固醇濃度均以鵝隻採食12%飼糧纖維處理組者為最高(P <0.05),生長鵝血漿總膽固醇與高密度膽固醇濃度均隨飼糧纖維含量之增加而上升,並呈現線性關係(P <0.01)。生長鵝血漿鈣、磷、鎂、鈉與氯離子濃度在處理組之間無顯著差異,然而鉀離子濃度以生長鵝採食含8%粗纖維處理組為最低(P <0.05),鉀離子濃度隨飼糧纖維含量增加顯現下降而後上升,呈現二次曲線關係(P <0.05)。試驗二結果顯示,基礎飼糧添加粗糠不影響生長鵝血漿葡萄糖濃度,然而血漿總膽固醇濃度隨飼糧添加粗糠量之增加先增而後降,並呈現二次曲線關係(P <0.05);而三酸甘油酯濃度隨飼糧添加粗糠量之增加呈現線性地下降(P <0.05)。以粗糠稀釋基礎飼糧會影響生長鵝血漿鈣、磷、鎂、鈉、鉀與氯離子濃度,但各生長階段之鵝隻外觀正常。在生長鵝相同6週齡時,比較等蛋白同熱能飼糧添加粗糠及基礎飼糧額外添加粗糠對生長鵝血漿鈣、鉀、氯與總膽固醇生化值有不相同的影響。所以飼糧纖維含量是影響生長鵝血液生化值中扮演重要的角色,而飼糧營養成分之改變可能亦是影響因子。 |
英文摘要 | The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of using rice hull to adjust dietary crude fiber levels on plasma electrolyte, lipid and protein concentrations in White Roman goslings during 3-6 weeks of age. This study comprises 2 trials. Both trials used 2-week-old female White Roman gosling s as experimental animals and the experimental period last for 4 weeks. In trial 1, forty eight goslings were randomly divided into 3 groups and fed one of three isocaloric and isonitrogenous diets containing 4, 8, and 12% dietary fiber, respectively. Each pen contains 4 goslings with 4 replicates. In trial 2, sixty goslings were randomly allocated into 3 groups which were the control group (basal diet), basal diet added 4% rice hull, and basal diet added 8% rice hull. Each group have five replicates (pen) and per pen have 4 goslings. Water and feed were supplied ad libitum, all goslings were take blood sample via wing vein for the measurements of blood parameters at 6 and 3-6 weeks of age for trial 1 and 2, respectively. The results of trial 1 showed that there were no significant differences in plasma triglyceride, glucose, total protein, albumin and globulin concentrations and albumin/globulin ratio among the treatments. However, plasma total cholesterol and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-cholesterol) concentrations were the highest for gosling fed diet containing 12% dietary fiber among 3 treatments (P < 0.05). Total cholesterol and HDL-cholesterol concentrations of birds were linear increase with levels of dietary fiber (P < 0.01). No significant differences were observed in plasma calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, sodium, and chloride ion concentration among the treatments. Nevertheless, the gosling fed diet containing 8% dietary fiber has lower plasma potassium ion concentration than 4% dietary fiber treatment (P < 0.05). The plasma potassium ion were quadratic increase with dietary fiber (P < 0.05). The trial 2 showed that basal diet added rice hull does not affect the plasma glucose concentration of gosling; however, plasma total cholesterol concentration was quadratic response with rice hull level (P < 0.001). The concentration of triglyceride decreased linearly with the increasing of dietary rice hull (P < 0.05). Dilution of basal diet with rice hull affect the plasma calcium, magnesium, sodium potassium and chloride concentration of goslings. Comparison the isocaloric and isonitrogenous diets with basic diets additional rice hull on the plasma calcium potassium, chloride ion and total cholesterol biochemical values have different effect in the same 6-weeks-old goslings. Therefore, dietary fiber level play an important role in the regulation biochemical value of the goslings, and changes in dietary nutrients may also be the impact factor. |
