| 中文摘要 | 本研究計畫主要目的是利用JS-CAST電腦模擬解析軟體,以球狀石墨鑄鐵(FCD450-10)之縮孔缺陷為對象,利用冷激塊(Chiller)設計(不同厚薄、放置位置)以及冒口設計(冒口大小、冒口頸、冒口種類)探討其對於球狀石墨鑄鐵縮孔缺陷的改善情形,以獲得品質良好之健全鑄件。實驗結果顯示,以JS-CAST模擬解析軟體模擬在球狀石墨鑄鐵之鑄件(長100、寬50、高100mm)下方放置冷激塊時,隨著冷激塊厚度之增加,內縮孔越小,而且發生內縮孔之位置會往更上方移動,但並無外縮孔發生。單獨採用冒口設計時,鑄件厚度與冒口直徑比例,分別設定為1:2、1:1.5、1:1等;若以1:2為例,鑄件內部之縮孔已大幅減少,且無外縮孔。再將實際澆鑄後之結果與 JS-CAST 模擬結果比較時,內縮孔之產生位置,其相似度約達九成。但縮孔之尺寸,實際澆鑄之結果與模擬結果比較時,則會有不盡相同的情形發生。因此綜合以上模擬解析結果顯示,對於球墨鑄鐵件縮孔缺陷之改善效果而言,單獨採用冒口設計要比單獨採用冷激塊時好。此外,利用JS-CAST模擬解析軟體對本公司所生產之大型工具機鑄件進行模擬解析後,與實際鑄造之鑄件進行比較之結果,顯示其縮孔缺陷產生的位置約有九成相似;由以上研究及實驗結果可知,利用JS-CAST模擬解析軟體進行新開發鑄件之先期模擬解析時,其縮孔位置準確性頗高,同時並可減少開發試模的前置時間、人力及成本,整體效益可謂良好。 |
| 英文摘要 | The objective of this research is to use JS-CAST simulation software to improve the shrinkage defects of spheroidal graphite cast iron (FCD450-10), by using chiller design (different thickness, position) and riser design (riser size, neck size, riser type), in order to obtain a sound casting with good quality. The results show, the JS-CAST simulation software simulation resolve spheroidal graphite cast iron casting (length 100, width 50, height 100mm) when placing a chiller at the bottom of casting, with the increase of the thickness of the chiller, the smaller internal shrinkage, and the location of the internal shrinkage will occur to more upward position, but no external shrinkage. The use of riser design, diameter ratios of the thickness of the casting to the riser are set to 1: 2, 1: 1.5, 1: 1, etc. For example of 1:2 ratio case, the internal shrikage of the casting has been drastically reduced, and non of external shrinkage exist. Then through the results of the actual casting and the JS-CAST simulation results are compared, its similarity to approximately nity percentage. Based on the above results, for improving the effectiveness of ductile iron castings shrinkage defects, the use of riser design-singley is better than only are adopted chiller. In addition, by using JS-CAST simulation analytical software to our company’s large-scale machine tool castings for simulation, and compare with the results of the actual casting, the shrinkage defect position show than have 90 % similarity. But the size of the craters, and the results of the simulation results of the comparison of the actual casting, then there is not the same situation occurred. From the above study and test results, use JS-CAST analytical simulation software to simulate the development casting, its position shrinkage accuracy is high, at the same time can reduce development lead times, manpower and cost, in the other word, the overall effectiveness is good. |
