中文摘要 | 目前針對利用各種方法來製作一外周為高硬度具耐磨耗而中心部為具韌性且抗振 的滾子而言,以使用冷硬鑄造之方法最為快速與簡便,將此類鑄件稱之為冷硬鑄鐵滾子。在 固定鑄件尺寸(φ70mm×L120mm)之先決條件下,本研究主要探討冷激塊設計與材質對於冷硬鑄 鐵滾子冷激層性質的影響。首先以相同材質四種尺寸(φ87.5, 105, 140, 210mm)之冷激塊來 進行澆鑄,結果發現冷激塊徑厚與滾子直徑相同之冷硬滾子較合乎外層高硬度而內部為強韌 組織之需求;其次則在固定尺寸(φ140mm)下而以不同材質(S45C、SKD61、FC200)之冷激塊, 來分析鑄件凝固時冷硬層受冷激塊不同熱傳導率的影響,最後推導出使用S45C之冷激塊時冷 硬鑄鐵滾子之冷硬層與冷激塊徑厚度關係的線性迴歸方程式。 另外在冶金參數方面則探討了鑄件(灰鑄鐵)成分中碳、矽含量與冷硬鑄鐵滾子冷硬層之 深度與硬度變化的關係。結果顯示高碳、矽者之冷硬層深度較低碳、矽為淺,但滾子最外周 之冷硬層硬度值則較高。本研究並對滾子斷面之硬度變化情況與金相進行其相關性分析與討 論。 |
英文摘要 | Using different methods to produce a roller with a good abrasive resistance at the surface layer and a good toughness at the center portion, the chill casting process is the best choice. This process is simple and its production rate is fast. Roller produced by this method is so called chilled iron roller. The object of this study is to investigate the effect of chiller design and material on the chilled zone property of the chilled iron roller (φ70mm×L120mm). At first, the chilled roller was made by the same chiller material with four kinds of dimensions. Experiment results showed that chilled iron roller, which radius is the same with the radial thickness of chiller, developed a good abrasive resistance at surface layer and a good toughness at the center. Then use of different materials (S45C, SKD61, FC200) of chiller with same size to cast the chilled roller. This was used to study the effects of thermal conductility of chillers during solidification on the chilled zone of chiller. Finally, a linear regression equation between the thickness of chilled zone of the roller and the radial thickness of chiller was optimized, if the roller was made by using S45C chiller. Regarding the metallurgical parameters, the relations between the carbon and silicon contens of chilled gray iron roller, and the depth of chilled zone associated with hardness change of chilled iron roller are also discussed. The chilled zone of roller using the low C & Si is deeper than that using high C & Si. But the hardness at the surface layer of chilled zone is lower, if low C and Si were used. The relationships between the microstructures and the hardness distribution along the section of roller were also analysised and discussd. |
