中文摘要 | 本實驗係以轉移式電漿電弧(PTA)被覆法,在球狀石墨鑄鐵表面被覆一層高硬度、 耐磨耗及耐腐蝕之Stellite 6號鈷基超合金。將所製得之試片,研磨成與高速鋼同標準之車刀 角,並以Al─Si合金作為被削材,以探討被覆層凝固組織及切削條件對刀具磨耗之影響。 實驗結果顯示,對被覆層之急速凝固組織進行解析時可發現,被覆層可區分為幾個區域。 而在切削磨耗實驗時,當切削長度與切削速度增加時,被覆刀具之磨耗量也隨之增大。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, Stellite 6 alloy was overlaid on SG cast Irons by plasma transferred are (PTA) process. Microhardness, wear-resistance, corrosion etc, can be enhanced after treatment. To explore its influence on the solidification structure of the overlayer and the Interface region, we also used the overlayer for the cutting wear test for the Al – Si alloys in the different cutting length and cutting speed. The results reveal that the overlayer specimen after overlaid can be divided into several regions. In the cutting wear test reveal that the flank wears width of stellite alloy overlayer tend to increases as the cutting length and speed. |
