中文摘要 | 本文以石臘基基礎油與石臘基基礎油+ 1 % ZDDP 混合油為試驗用油,利用TE77 型往復式摩擦試驗機之圓柱對平板試片,以滑動模式進行磨耗試驗。 評估在油溫 130 ℃與 極壓( extreme pressure )潤滑條件下,ZDDP 添加劑對沃斯回火球墨鑄鐵( ADI )耐磨 耗性能的改善情形。在不同接觸應力及相對滑動速度的各種條件下,本文中各類試片的主要 磨耗機構以表面疲勞( surface fatigue )、刮磨磨耗( abrasive wear )與磨潤化學磨 耗( tribochemical wear )為主。 實驗結果顯示在基礎油中,加入 1 % ZDDP 添加劑, 能夠改善沃斯回火球墨鑄鐵的磨耗行為約 50 ∼ 90 %。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper TE77 tribometer was conducted to finish the wear test in various combinations of contact stress and sliding speed with reciprocating sliding mode. Roller on flat contact type was used to evaluate the effects of ZDDP additive on ADI wear resistance performance in the extreme pressure lubrication conditions. However, paraffin oil MN and MN+1% ZDDP mixed oil was used as the lubricant in 130 ℃ testing temperature. In addition, SEM was used to inspect the worn surface, the results show that surface fatigue、abrasiv wear 、 tribochemical wear were the mainly wear mechanisms in this test conditions. Finally, the experiment results show that the wear resistance ability of ADI can be improved 50 ∼ 90% in ZDDP additive mixed lubricant compared with MN oil. |
