中文摘要 | 本研究之目的為檢視沼氣發電系統之引擎易受硫化氫腐蝕之零組件,並更換為抗腐蝕材料,以解決硫化氫腐蝕問題。本研究之方法利用柴油引擎修改為沼氣引擎,更換材質之零組件包含巴氏合金軸承與矽橡膠油封。在畜牧場進行田間運轉評估,檢測引擎排放之廢氣中一氧化碳、二氧化硫與氮氧化物濃度,檢視汙染物是否符合排放標準;進行發電機之發電經濟效益評估。本研究之重要結果如下:一氧化碳濃度變動範圍在762~1,060 ppm之間,符合排放標準(2000 ppm)。發電機在負載運轉氮氧化物為926~1,662 ppm與二氧化硫為103~208 ppm,均超出排放標準(300ppm與100 ppm);經濟效益的比較結果,抗腐蝕沼氣發電機比一般發電機成本高(20萬元新台幣),不需裝設脫硫設備,每年可節省51,000元的維護成本。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was examining the engine components damaged by hydrogen sulfide corrosion of biogas electricity generation system, and replacing corrosion-resistant materials for them. It cloud solve the problem of hydrogen sulfide corrosion. Diesel engine was modified as biogas engine in this study. The components were replaced by bearing of battitt metal and oil seal of silicone rubber. The system were operated and evaluated in hog farm. The exit air of engine was evaluated by the concentrations of CO, SO2 and NOx for examining the emission standards. The economic analysis among varied power generation system was conducted. Important results of this study were described as followings: the concentrations of CO2 were measured from 762 to 1,662 ppm which were within the emission standard (2000 ppm). The concentrations of NOx and SO2 were measured from 926 to 1662 ppm and 103 to 208 ppm, respectively, both of them were over the emission standard (300 ppm and 100 ppm, respectively) under the loading operation of biogas electricity generation system. The results of economic analysis show the cost of anti-corrosion biogas generator be more than that of common generator value as NT 200,000 dollars. Installing desulfurization equipment is not necessary and maintenance cost would save NT 51,000 dollar/year for the proposed system. |
