中文摘要 | 本研究將木質素以聚乙二醇/丙三醇為藥劑進行液化處理,所得液化木質素(Liquefied lignin; LL)與聚四亞甲基醚二醇(Polytetramethylene ether glycol; PTMG)以PTMG/LL之-OH/-OH官能基莫耳比10/0、7/3、6/4、5/5混合,並與異佛爾酮二異氰酸酯以預聚合法製備含LL之水性聚胺基甲酸酯樹脂(Waterborne polyurethane resins; PU resin),試驗中以二羥甲基丙酸為內部乳化劑,三乙胺為中和劑,乙二胺為鏈延長劑。試驗結果顯示,LL可應用於水性PU樹脂之製備,隨LL含量增加,水性PU樹脂液之黏度及粒徑增大。較高LL含量之PU樹脂薄膜具備較大之拉伸模數,但拉伸強度、破壞變形量及破壞能量較低;DSC分析結果顯示添加LL提高PU樹脂內部無定形區域之比例;DMA分析結果顯示PU樹脂存在兩相結構,含有LL將限制PU樹脂中軟鏈段之熱活動性;TGA分析結果顯示添加LL對PU樹脂在400℃前之熱抵抗性並無提升效果,但可增加400-500℃之重量保留率。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, lignin was liquefied with polyethylene glycol/glycerol as the reagent. The liquefied lignin (LL) was mixed with polytetramethylene ether glycol (PTMG) with the -OH/-OH molar ratios of PTMG/LL as 10/0, 7/3, 6/4 and 5/5, and reacted with isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) to prepare waterborne polyurethane resins (PU) by the prepolymer process. Dimethylolpropionic acid, triethylamine and ethylenediamine were used as the internal emulsifier, neutralizer, and chain extender, respectively. The results showed that LL could be used for preparing waterborne PU resins. The viscosity and particle size of waterborne PU resins increased with increasing the content of LL. PU films contained higher LL had higher tensile modulus, but lower tensile strength, breaking deformation and breaking energy. DSC analysis showed that the amorphous region proportion of PU resins increased for that containing LL. DMA showed a two-phase structure existed in PU resins. The thermal activity of soft-segment was restricted for PU resins containing LL. TGA showed the heat-resistance of PU resins had not improved by adding LL. However, it had higher weight retention at 400-500℃. |
