中文摘要 | 聚胺基甲酸酯水分散液是以PCL及H12MDI進行聚加成反應形成預聚合物後,再加入三羥甲基丙烷(TMP)先進行鏈延長反應,最後再加入磺酸鹽二胺及乙二胺反應而得。所得水性PU乳液受到TMP量及所添加時機有關。TMP在鏈延長時加入反應,可由其反應時間來控制其分子內部交聯程度。 |
英文摘要 | A series of waterborne polyurethane were synthesized by the addition polymerization of PCL and H12MDI and then used trimethylolpropame(TMP) and sulfonate diamine/ethylene diamine as chain extenders, separately. The characters of obtained polyurethane dispersions were dependent of the amount and adding process of TMP. It also found that the degree of crosslinking could be controlled by the reaction time of TMP. |
