中文摘要 | 本研究為改善聚苯胺之溶解性及可加工性,特以十二烷基苯磺酸(DBSA)為掺雜劑,並利用瀰散聚合法(In Situ Polymerization) 成功地於水性聚胺基甲酸酯乳液(W-B PU )中製備聚苯胺-十二烷基苯磺酸/水性聚胺基甲酸酯(PANi -DBSA/W-B PU)互穿式共聚物導電樹脂,此導電樹脂固成分>30%,V.O.C含量<3%。文中起探討質子酸掺雜度及塗佈膜厚對導電性之影響。希望此一新型導電性樹脂之合成,能改善其加工性、成膜性,機械強度,柔軟性等。 |
英文摘要 | This study IS synthesizing poly aniline with solubility and processibility by using Dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid (DBSA) as a doping agent. We are also successfully preparing polyaniline-dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid/waterborne polyurethane (PANi-DBSA/W-B PU) conductive resin with the properties of both solid content more than 30% and V.O.C less than 3%, in pre-prepared waterborne polyurethane latex by the in situ polymerization. In this paper, the relationships of conductivity with the doping degree of protonic acid and with the thickness of coating film degree are also discussed. Expecting the properties containing processibility, film-forming ability, mechanical property and flexibility can be improved by the way of the novel conductive resin synthesizing. |
