中文摘要 | 一系列的透濕防水型水性PU樹脂,乃是以親水性多元醇,包括PEG、L1、L2、L3、L4、L5、L6及聚醚類多元醇PPG、PTMG,配合DMPA做為陰離子乳化劑與H12MDI形成PU預聚合物。然後以TEA中和DMPA使PU預合物形成NCO為末端基的離子體,加水分散後,再以EDA鍵延長形成水性PU樹脂。本研究主要是探討親水性官能基所製成膜對透濕度的影響,其結果發現PU薄膜的透濕度會隨著親水基鏈節含量的增加而增加。另外,也可發現PU薄膜的透濕度會隨著親水基鏈節之分子量增加而增加。 |
英文摘要 | A senes of waterproof water-vapor-permeable polyurethane dispersions were prepared by formation of' the prepolymer including the incredients of 4,4- Dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate (H12MDI) , poly (tetramethylene glycol)(PTMG) 、 polypropylene glycol(PPG)' polyethylene glycol (PEG)、hydrophilic polyols(L1、L2、L3、L4、L5、L6)and dimethylolpropionic acid(DMPA). Through neutralization of the prepolymer with triethyl amine (TEA),the NCO-terminated polyurethane ionomers were self-emulsified by adding water, followed by chain extension by using Ethylene diamine (EDA)in aqueous media . The effects of the cast films for the hydrophilic segments upon the water-vapor-permeability of emulsion were studied. Experiments reveal that the higher hydrophilic polyol contents, the higher water-vapor-permeablity. In addition, the higher the hydrophilic polyol molecular weight, the higher water-vapor -permeability. |
