中文摘要 | 本研究係分別使用親水性聚二醇BPD或RPD混合PTMG與PBA為軟鏈節,MDI為硬鏈節,合成一系列二液型親水性PU樹脂,再以直接塗佈的方式將合成之PU樹脂應用於Nylon平織布。其透濕度(Water vapor permeability,WVP)是以JIS L- 1099A法,在40℃,90%RH下量測。PU塗佈物之WVP隨著軟鏈節中親水性基規律性及含量增加而增加。架橋後之PU薄膜其水中膨潤率介於8-41%間。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, a series of two-component polyurethanes (PUs) were synthesized by using hydrophilic polyols BPD or RPD, PTMG, PBA and MDI as soft and hard segment, respectively. The two-component PUs were applied in Nylon taffeta by direct coating. The resulting coating textiles were characterized with a water vapor permeability (WVP) test method according to JIS L-1099A, in which the controlled chamber conditions are maintained at 40°C and 90% relative humidity. Experiments reveal that the WVP of PU coating textiles is depending on the amount and regularity of hydrophilic moiety. The curing PU coating has a swelling ratio between 8-41 %. |
