中文摘要 | 目前的防水透濕織物已有很多如ASTME 96、JISL 1099、ISO 11092及BS 7209 的標準測試方法來評估其透濕能力,然而由織物所測得的物性並無法完全反應在製作成衣服後,因此,為了暸解實際的穿著情形,本文進行了休息、運動及雨淋之三種人體穿著試驗。實驗條件皆在溫度20℃、濕度35%R.H.、風遠約0.4 m/s的環境試驗室下進行,共選擇了五件防水透濕服及一件不透濕的一般語衣來評估其穿著時衣服內的濕度變化。此外,並利用統計的相關性分析來探討不同的人體穿著流程與各種透濕度測試方法之間的相關性。 |
英文摘要 | Waterproof breathable fabrics are currently assessed to determine their ability to transmit moisture vapor by a variety of standard test methods, such as ASTM E 96, JIS L 1099, ISO 11092 and BS 7209. However, the fabric properties may not really reflect their final performance on the garments. To permit testing under the conditions more closely to the actual wear, we carried out three wear trials, i.e. resting, exercising and rainy procedures. The experiments were conducted in a climatic chamber at an ambient temperature of 20℃, a relative humidity of 35%, and approximately an air velocity of 0.4 m/s. Five waterproof breathable and one impermeable garments were assessed in terms of their moisture accumulation in undergarments. In additional, we examined the interaction among these wear trials and test methods for moisture permeability by using the analysis of statistical correlation. |
