中文摘要 | 由IR光譜圖-NCO吸收峰與-OH吸收峰的減弱與消失,以及-HN-C=O吸收峰、-C-N-吸收峰與-NH吸收峰的出現,和TCBA、BPS特性吸收峰的存在,均顯示防火型水性聚胺基甲酸酯的形成。實驗結果顯示,防火型水緎聚胺基甲酸酯溶液顆粒的大小會隨著TCBA/BPS含量的增加先變小後再增大。由於防火型水性聚胺基甲酸脂分子間的架橋能力會隨著TCBA/BPS含量的增加而增強,因此其皮膜之伸長率會隨TCBA/BPS含量的增加而快速的下降,同時拉應力與100%模數也會隨TCBA/BPS含量之增多而上升。防火型水性聚胺基甲酸脂的燃燒特性,由實驗結果得知,含TCBA的防火型水性聚胺基甲酸脂有較高的LOI值,而且LOI值會隨著TCBA含量的增加而持續的上升。至於BPS的防火型水性聚胺基甲酸脂的LOI值,則不受BPS含量的影響。不過含有TCBA/BPS(1:1當量比)的防火型水性聚胺基甲酸脂的LOI值似乎是先保持一定值。但是當TCBA的含量增多之後,LOI值也跟著上升。 |
英文摘要 | Fire-resistant polyurethane ionomers which have been successfully synthesized at our lab are demonstrated to be tetrachlorobisphenol A, bisphonel S and tetrachlorobisphenol A containing bisphonel S based polyurethane ionomers, respectively, by FT-IR spectra. The number average particle size of tetrachlorbisphenol A base polyurethane ionomer molecule, due to inter ionomer molecular interaction, increases slightly with increasing the concentration of tetrachlorobisphenol A. The limiting oxygen index (LOI) values appear to be higher for tetrachlorobisphenol A than for tetrachlorobisphenol A containing bisphonel S or bisphonel S based polyurethane ionomer, indicating that tetrachlorobisphenol A based polyurethane ionomer provides better fire-resistant property. Experimental results show that the strength of crosslinking with respect to the amount of fire retardnat linked to the backbone of polyurethane ionomers does significantly affect the mechanic properties of these ionomers. More importantly, tetrachlorobisphenol A or tetrachlorobisphenol A containing bisphonel S based polyurethane ionomer with fire relardant less than 25% (by weight) giving good modulus property is considered to be a better fire-resistant polyurethane ionomer applied to man-made fibers. |
