中文摘要 | 本文建立了全球生產網絡動態演進中的代工企業角色轉換賽局模型。以代工廠商為視角,建構了代工廠商自創品牌賽局模型,分析了代工廠商在自創品牌、衝破生產網絡中原有核心企業的控制,進而完成角色轉換的過程中,代工廠商與品牌廠商的賽局過程及其Nash均衡解,並進一步提出了由代工生產向品牌營運的角色轉換的3種模式,分別為分拆模式、併購模式、以及自我發展模式,做為我國台商代工廠商角色轉換的參考經營模式。 |
英文摘要 | This text established global production network dynamic state evolve medium of Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) role transfer in the game theory model. Take OEM as an angle of view, construct OEM from own the brand Manufacturing (OBM) in the game theory model and analyzed OEM at from create the control that the brand breakthrough production network Control plains has a core enterprise, then complete the process of role transfer, theories process in the game model of OEM and OBM and it Nash well equilibrium solution, and put forth further the transformation that is operated toward the brand by the OEM role transfer of 3 kinds of modes. |
