中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討工作特性與組織承諾之間的關係,並分析不同人口統計變項在工 作特性與組織承諾等變數上之差異情形。 本研究採問卷調查方式,以宜蘭縣十二鄉鎮市公所465名清隊員為研究樣本,共 得到450份有效問卷,有效回收率為89.6%。問卷資料分析方法係以SPSS 10.0版電腦套 裝統計軟體,進行回收問卷的資料處理與分析。 研究結果發現: 一、宜蘭縣鄉鎮市公所清潔隊員工作特性與組織承諾有極顯著的正相關,且經多 元廻歸分析顯示,清潔隊員對工作特性之知覺會直接影響其組織承諾。 二、宜蘭縣鄉鎮市公所清潔隊員個人特性,對工作特性雖均無顯著差異存在。但 各清潔隊員因個人教育程度的不同,在各層級間有顯著的差異。 三、宜蘭縣鄉鎮市公所清潔隊員個人特性,在「年齡」、「教育程度」及「本機關 服務年資」與組織承諾有顯著差異,另各清潔隊員因個人特性的不同對於組 織承諾有或多或少差異存在。 另根據研究發現提出結論與建議。 |
英文摘要 | The aim of this study is to discuss and analyze the relationships among job characteristic and organizational commitment. With samples collected from public clean members in twelve Hsiang, Town and City Offices under the jurisdiction of Eland. This search used questionnaire method. There are 450 validated questionnaires (validated return rate is 89.6%) of total 465. The results of this study indicate the following: 1. There is a significant positive correlation between job characteristics and organizational commitment. And the results come out the public clean member’s perception of job characteristics has significant effect to organizational commitment directly by Regression analysis. 2. The different individual variables of the public clean member to job characteristics not come out remarkable discrepancy. But public clean members whose education level differences has significant discrepancy to job characteristics. 3. The different individual variables to organizational commitment come out a partly remarkable discrepancy. And public clean members whose age is elder, high education, long length of this organization service make more organizational commitment than public clean members who are younger, lower education, have short length of this organization service. According to the results of the research, implication are outlined. |
