中文摘要 | 本研究利用複合式表面製程來處理含1wt%銅元素之延性鑄鐵,即先以無電鍍鎳(EN)作為中介層,再以不同鍍膜轉速(1~4 rpm)之陰極電弧沉積(CAD)製程披覆(Cr,Zr)N多層膜,然後進一步探討CAD鍍膜轉速對銅合金化延性鑄鐵披覆此複合鍍膜腐蝕行為之影響,並與單一EN及CAD-(Cr,Zr)N作比較。經鍍膜處理之試片利用SEM、XRD及TEM分析鍍膜形態及結構,並利用極化試驗及浸漬試驗來探討膜層的耐蝕性,以瞭解此銅合金化延性鑄鐵經鍍膜前後之腐蝕行為。由實驗結果顯示EN為非晶質結構,而(Cr,Zr)N為FCC結構之CrN/ZrN多層膜形態;延性鑄鐵表面因有球墨存在,故僅經單一EN或(Cr,Zr)N鍍膜試片在耐蝕性的改善較有限,然而結合2 rpm轉速所披覆的(Cr,Zr)N與EN為中介層之複合鍍膜,不但可獲得最佳的鍍膜附著性(HF1),而且可明顯地改善此延性鑄鐵分別在3.5wt.%NaCl及10vol.%H2SO4溶液中的耐蝕性。 |
英文摘要 | This study utilized electroless nickel (EN) and cathodic arc deposition (CAD) technologies to treat the 1wt.% Cu alloyed ductile iron substrates. EN was used as an interlayer, then (Cr,Zr)N coatings were out-layered by using a CAD system. Further, the effect of CAD-(Cr,Zr)N rotation rate and EN on corrosion resistance of the iron was investigated. Coating morphologies and structures were analyzed by using SEM, XRD, and TEM. Polarization test and immersion test were performed to understand corrosion behavior of the iron. The results showed that EN was an amorphous structure while the (Cr,Zr)N film was FCC structure with a multilayered type. After the monolithic EN or/and CAD-(Cr,Zr)N treatments, the coated irons had better corrosion resistance than that of uncoated one. In particular, EN and (Cr,Zr)N at the rotation rate of 2 rpm duplex coatings not only had the best adhesion (HF1), but also evidently improved corrosion resistance in 3.5wt%NaCl and in 10vol%H2SO4, respectively. |
