中文摘要 | 雙酚A (bisphenol A, BPA)為內分泌干擾物質(endocrine disruptor),用途為聚碳酸酯類(polycarbonate, PC)塑膠之單體或作為塑膠製品之添加物,此類食品包裝容器可能溶出雙酚A,產生健康疑慮。本研究之檢體,係於99年3至10月間,前往臺北市及新北市抽購各類塑膠包裝容器具,共抽得檢體100件,塑膠材質鑑定係採用傅立葉轉換紅外線光譜儀(FT-IR)進行試驗,容器之溶出試驗,則依衛生署公告之6種溶出條件,分別為水(60℃,30分鐘及95℃,30分鐘)、4%醋酸溶液(60℃,30分鐘及95℃,30分鐘)、20%乙醇溶液(60℃,30分鐘)及正庚烷(25℃,1小時)。取溶出液以HPLC分析,使用Inertsil ODS-2層析管柱,以乙腈及水為移動相溶液進行梯度沖提,應用螢光檢測器偵測,激發波長275 nm,放射波長304nm,並以超高效液相層析串聯質譜進行雙酚A之確認。雙酚A溶液於2-40 ng/mL呈良好線性相關(R2 = 0.9999);檢驗結果包括PC等11種各類塑膠材質100件檢體,6種溶出條件下雙酚A均未檢出(< 2 ppb)。 |
英文摘要 | Bisphenol A (BPA) is an endocrine disruptor. It is used as monomer of plastic polycarbonate (PC) or additive in other plastic products. If bisphenol A released from daily necessities, such as baby bottles, sports water bottles and all kinds’ food containers, would lead to health concerns. One hundred samples including various types of plastic containers were collected from March to October, 2010. Materials identification was conducted by Fourier transform infrared Spectroscopy. Six leaching conditions were applied according to the regulation announced by Department of Health, Executive Yuan. All the dissolutions were analyzed by HPLC on a column of Inertsil ODS-2, using acetonitrile : water (1 : 1, v/v) as mobile phase and monitored by fluorescence detector at Ex 275 nm and Em 304 nm. Bisphenol A standard in the range of 2-40 ng/mL showed a good correlation (R2 = 0.9999). Bisphenol A migration was not detected, including 11 pieces of PC and other plastic materials under six leaching conditions (< 2 ppb). |
