中文摘要 | 摘 要 本研究建立以高效離子層析儀(HPIC)附導電度檢出器進行食品中溴酸鹽之檢驗方法。 將檢體之水萃取液直接以2組串聯之IonPac AS9-HC (4 mm) + IonPac AG9-HC (4 mm)離子 層析管柱進行線上淨化及分析,以9 mM Na2CO3溶液為移動相,抑制型電導度(suppressed conductivity)檢出器進行檢測。本方法可減少樣品前處理之複雜程序,明顯增加回收率,並 降低樣品基質之干擾。於麵粉、麵包及餅乾檢體中分別添加溴酸鹽,使其濃度為50及200 ppb,其回收率均可達90%以上。以本研究建立之方法對台北地區抽購之馬鈴薯片及餅乾檢 體共計11件進行檢驗,結果均未檢出溴酸鹽(< 5 ppb)。 |
英文摘要 | ABSTRACT High performance ion chromatography (HPIC) with suppressed conductivity detector was developed for the analysis of bromate content in foods in this study. Bromate was extracted from foods using deionized water. Two sets of IonPac AS9-HC (4 mm) + IonPac AG9-HC (4 mm) columns were connected and used for the clean up and separation, while 9 mM Na2CO3 solution was used as mobile phase in HPIC. It was a simple, quick and solvent-saving method for the analysis, the recoveries of bromate spiked in wheat flour and bread (50 ppb), cookies (200 ppb) were all above 90%. All of 11 various cookies and potato chips purchased in Taipei were not detected for bromate by this method. |
