中文摘要 | 背景和目的:護理是愛與生命的專業,面臨人性價值觀念的快速變遷,護理教育更應該透過課程加強學生的生命涵養。本研究之目的乃探討融滲3C-照顧(Care) 、關懷(Concern) 、悲憫(Compassion) 於護理學系碩士班核心課程—「護理理論與專科護理學理論」之課程設計。方法:採行動研究法,研究對象為某大學護理學系碩士班93 學年度「護理理論與專科護理學理論」課程之教師3 人,及學生12 人。資料收集包括師生之課程省思報告及期末學生整體報告作業。結果:研究資料朝向下列四大向度:一、教學目標之擬定;二、課程內容之規劃;三、教學策略之運用;四、教學成果之評值。結論:本研究融滲3C 之課程設計,可強化護理教育中生命涵養的學習。其結果可作為生命涵養學習課程設計之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Background and purpose: Love and Life are the core of nursing profession. Facing the repaid change of humanistic value, life enculturation should be emphasized for nursing education. The purpose of this study was to explore the embracement of "3C-care, concern and compassion" in a core course entitled with "Nursing theory in general and specialties" for master students. Method: Action research was applied in this study; subjects were researchers and 12 nursing students who involvedinthiscoursein2004. Allparticipants wrote down their reflections through 3C learning process and the final reports. Those written reports were collected and analyzed by content analysis. Results: Resultswere identified asthe following 4 aspects: 1. course objectives; 2. course contents; 3. teaching methods and 4. outcome evaluation. Conclusion: These results presented the course design embracing 3C, which could enforce the life enculturation learning in nursing education and provide as reference for life education. |
