中文摘要 | 伴隨當前國家經濟之持續發展,強調資訊化與自動化服務的商業需求,亦呈幾何 級數之成長,因此如何加速培育商業現代化與自動化人才,乃為當前技職教育刻不容緩之重 點課題。本研究首先就商業自動化專業才能所應涵蓋之範疇加以確認;而後建立「權重矩陣 式技職教育商業自動化專業才能需求與課程區隔」之規劃架構;其次並透過菁英企業問卷與 訪談,以反應實際業界於三級技職教育中,商業自動化專業技術之需求權重。本研究最後並 以核心與輔助課程之比重設定以7:3為例,為三級技職學校之商業自動化單項專業才能課程 內容與相對應之教學時數比重提出規劃範例。 |
英文摘要 | In order to cope with the fast growing demand for information technology and automation in the commercial environment, this study collaborates with leading enterprises to identify the professional training that should be provided to the technological and vocational (T&V) students in Taiwan. A weighted matrix model is developed to assist in the planning of a commercial automation curriculum with respect to operational skills, managerial skills, as well as strategic decision making skills for the three T&V education divisions: vocational schools, vocational colleges, and institutes/universities of technology. Illustrative curriculum plans are also provided based on the 7:3 ratio between core and auxiliary professional skill requirements. |
