英文摘要 | There is a feeling in recent years that the functional performance and overall wellbeing of the population is in decline. Although the proper authorities have done there best to educate the people and provide easy guidelines for a better life, the results are lower then expected. This paper presents a solid theory combining the school, teachers and students into a relationship whereby they compliment each other and not compete for time and resources. It is believed that this method will contribute to a sound mind and body and show that exercise can be fun and beneficial to a persons quality of life. This text gives you an insight to a national method that would increase performance in our population and lead to a more productive and enjoyable life. |
