英文摘要 | Two major anthocyanins of Wu-To-Tao, Glutinous (Sative oryza) were isolated and purified by Bio-Gel P-2 column. Their chemical structures were identified to be cyaniding 3-β-O-glucoside and peonidin 3-β-O-glucoside by FAB-mass, 1H-NMR, UV-Visible absorption spectrum and analysis of its hydrolysis products. |
