| 英文摘要 | Two major anthocyanins were isolated by ployclar AT column and further purified by HPLC. The anthocyanins were very similar in UV-visible absporption, with the same compositional moieties, cyanidin, glucoses and caffeic acid and cyanidin 3, 7, 3'-triglucoside after deacylation. Both anthocyanins contained 3 mole caffeic acids identified by 1H-NMR and molecular cation 1421 and 1521, respectively, from FAB-mass. It was tentaively concluded that one anthocyanic contained cyanidin 3, 7, 3'-triglucoside and 3 cffeic acid and one additional glucose. Whereas the other anthocyanin had the same structure and additional moiety of MW 100, probably succinic acid. |
